MEMBERSHIP PLANS:

Why should I upgrade to the Premium Plan?
With Premium Plan you can contact any member you like right away. You do not have to wait for the right person to contact you, which sometimes could take a long time. You will be in full control of who you meet, when you meet them and get to the results you are looking for much faster.

In addition you will get access to a variety of Premium Members Only services. The Premium Chat Page allows you to meet and chat with other members who are serious about meeting their match. It is easy to use and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You will also get access to more detailed information about who has visited your profile, who has added you to their Hotlist and other interesting insights to help you focus on the right members to get to the results you desire faster.

What are the features included with Basic Plan?

Is it appropriate for the ladies to upgrade to Premium Plan and contact gentlemen?
Absolutely YES. About half of our Premium members are ladies. It is the greatest complement to any gentleman that you selected them.

How much does Membership Cost?
There are two plans. Basic Membership is Free. There is a nominal charge for Premium Membership Plans which varies depending on the duration of the premium plan you choose. For a complete listing of the prices please visit Membership Plan Comparison page.


SIGN-UP

How do I register?
To become a member, you must complete and submit the Sign-Up Form. For your membership to be processed promptly make sure that you provide us with all the required information. Double check your email address to make sure that you entered it correctly. All new profiles are reviewed by our Quality Control Staff within 24-48 hours before they are published and become available. You will receive a confirmation email once your profile is processed. If you do not hear from us in 7 days please contact us. You may have entered your email address incorrectly and in that case there is no way for us to reach you.

Is my information kept private?
Absolutely yes. We are committed to your privacy and will not disclose your information to anyone. You will contact other members through our secure email system. Your email address or other information will not be disclosed to other members.

Do I need a login and password?
Yes. To access members only features you must become a member by completing the Sign-Up Form.

I forgot my password, how do I get my password?
Simply click on forgot password link on the Login Page, and your password will be emailed to the email account we have on your profile.


BILLING

Do I have to pay to use this service?
Basic membership plan is free. To upgrade to the Premium Plan there is a nominal fee. Please visit the Membership Plan Comparison page for a complete listing of various Premium Plan prices.

What forms of payment do you accept for the Premium Plan?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you are in the US, we accept cash in US Dollars, personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. If you are outside of the US we accept cash and international money orders in US dollars.

How is my credit card charged?
When you upgrade to the Premium Plan, your credit card will be charged for the membership fee you selected. The charge will appear under Advantis Solutions Inc. on your credit card statement.

Do you automatically charge my credit card for renewals?
No. Your credit card will not be automatically charged. You will receive a renewal notice about two weeks prior to the expiration of your Premium Plan. To continue your Premium Plan privileges you must complete a renewal form with all the required information. If you choose not to renew, your membership will automatically switch to the Basic Plan.



What happens to my current Premium Plan if I cancel?
If you cancel your membership before your Premium Plan expires, your Premium membership will be permanently cancelled.

What happens to my current Premium Plan if I do not renew?
If you renew before your Premium Plan expires, your membership will be changed to a Basic Plan.



Are Premium membership fees refundable?
Premium membership fees are non-refundable.

I have a question about a charge on my credit card bill. Who can I contact?
If you have any questions about your credit card bill, please contact our Customer Service Department.


CONTACTING OTHER MEMBERS

How do I contact other members?
Both Basic and Premium Members can send a Love Note to other members by logging-in, searching for the profile of the member you wish to contact and clicking on the Send Love Note link.

To send emails to any member that you like you will need to Premium Member. If you are already a Premium Member, login, searching for the profile of the member you wish to contact and clicking on the Send Email link.

How will I hear from other members?
Visit the Emails and Love Notes pages for replies to your messages sent to other members.

How do I respond to other members?
When you receive an email or Love Note other members members, simply click on the reply link.

If I send an email or Love Note to other members, will they get my email address?
No, unless YOU include it in your message. They will only be able to respond to your email through our automated email system.


MISCELLANEOUS

How can I report a suspect or obscene member?
If you see an obscene profile, or you receive an obscene or suspect message, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately with the membership information of the individual. We will promptly act on resolving the issue. We are committed to providing a healthy and positive environment for all our members.

How can I tell you about my success story?
Everyone loves to hear a good success story. So don't hesitate to email your success to our Customer Service Department, and they will posted on the site.
